Mrs. Hausauer holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Child Development and Family Science from NDSU.

She previously taught 5^th grade for five years and 1^st grade for two years from 2008-2015.

What do you like to do in your spare time? In my spare time, I enjoy watercolor painting, making sour dough bread, reading/learning new things, and my newest love – cross country skiing. Most of my time, though, is spent caring for and loving my family, watching my children play sports and ride horse, and helping my husband with his business.

My favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6-7 “Don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” This verse reminds me that God is all-knowing and to be trusted in and through all things. His peace covers me, far beyond what my finite mind could imagine or understand.‍

The best part about following Jesus is... knowing that I am secure in Him. He guides, protects, provides, and carries me through all that life brings my way. He helps me have an eternal perspective and reveals Himself in new ways as I grow and mature in Him.
