What do you like to do in your spare time? I enjoy spending time with family, reading, camping, and going for walks.
Why are you excited about your new role at PCS? I am most excited for the discipleship that happens during the school year. Seeing students grow in holiness and in their knowledge of the Bible is a great joy of mine. Spiritual formation and evangelism are some of our highest callings as Christians, and it is a great privilege to be able to commit to this calling every day at PCS.
Your favorite Bible verse and why: My favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:6 which states,“being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” This verse highlights the sovereign power and grace of God in His ability to preserve and sanctify His people. This passage brings me hope that the Lord shall never leave me, nor forsake me, and His covenantal commitment to me is forever.
The best part about following Jesus is...Knowing I have a great High Priest who is able to sympathize with my weaknesses, for they are many. There is no greater joy than to know that my sins have been put away with by Christ’s substitutionary death in my place, and that I can now boldly come to the throne of grace, and have continual access to the Lord of glory no matter the trials or joys.
