Mr. Dahl holds a BA in Music Education from Concordia College and a MS in Education from Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall, MN, and a

MS in Educational Leadership from MSUM. He joined Park Christian as the Elementary Principal in 2025. ‍

He brings 15 years of teaching experience, along with 1 year as an Instructional Coach, 1 year as Dean of Students, and 3 years as Assistant Principal, to Park Christian School.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Carpentry: I enjoy spending time with home improvement projects, mostly deck building for friends and family. I have added building fences to my resume this past summer while building a fence for a friend. Cooking: Over the years I have expanded my skills in cooking and baking. One area of development is building on my Scandinavian heritage and continuing to refine my Lefse recipe. I have taught a few classes and keep adding to the list of my Swedish smorgasbord including rosettes, krumkake, rØmmegrØt and Swedish meatballs. Traveling to Disney Parks and Cruises: 2025 marked the 17^th Disney trip. I not only enjoy the parks, but I also appreciate the history of the company from its beginnings to now. I eventually want to tour the original studio in Burbank, CA and travel to the international parks, especially Paris and Tokyo.

Your favorite Bible verse and why? “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9. My dad used to recite this verse to me often, especially when “venturing” out. I especially like it because it comes from my namesake.

The best part about following Jesus is...I have assurance that I am protected. In times of adversity, I know that I only need to be still and know that He is God. It is in my nature to try to control situations. With Jesus I know that I need only to wait quietly and my battles will be fought for me. “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:14
