Pillars of Park is a program instituted to celebrate those God inspired to pray for and birth an interdenominational Christian school in the FM area, and the miraculous provisions He made in Park Christian School's earliest days and years.
The following is a prayer from Karen Poe's resignation letter in 2004 after 24 years praying and working at PCS:
"My prayer for Park Christian School is, as it has always been, that it will always stay on track for Jesus, that deception will have no part in the leadership or teaching, that the school will not go to the right or the left, but will stay on the narrow, straight path holding hands with Jesus, and glorifying Him in all its ways, not becoming just a private school with Christ in its name only. I pray God's hand of protection over every aspect of the school and that His blessing will always remain on His work here."
